Military pince nez (pinch nose(?))

Found thise description in sombody's ebay evaluations;
"Pince nez Sous-officier Allemand 14-18 (RARE) (nr. 200919297342)"
The item was sold (for 180 €!!)in may of thise year, so it isn't visable anymore....but I wunder how they look like!?
Anybody knows of military spectacles like that??
