Yes. A Prussian reservist and participant in WW1 who went on to work in civil service, with a combined time of no less than 40 years in civil service and the military. (The TrDEZ looks like dull gold to me; if this is just tarnished silver, make that no less than 25 years.)
It is the first time I see a miniature of the Centenar Medaille. It really is a great acquisition.
That is a nice little chain.

Have you ever noticed how the picture of Wilhelm on the mini Centenary medal
looks a lot like Abraham Lincoln on the US penny?
