The bidding has been very strange, a jump of over 500 Euro's at one point, possible shill bidding? Looking at his sales history he's only moved into militaria in the last 12 months or so having previously concentrated on motorcycle jackets and various other random items. I think there's enough to make anyone a little wary, but there will always be plenty of 'mugs' out there....

It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.

I saw that one too !!
Scary as hell, but too obvious :-)
But the other day a 1813 second class AND a 1870 second class went at 1110,- euros !! And my wallet is empty at the moment :-(

Haah, looks like after selling all of his motorcycle jackets the guy started to offer biker crosses he used to wear on that jackets. I don´t like his other piece in offer - engraved EK1 1914 - as well. The frame on the obverse looks like spare part from his 1813 EK1.

Period EK2 to EK1 conversion probably made right at Eastern front, pin being attached to the reverse with Flamethrower.

I think with this caption you can sell it for not less than 200 euros.
