My first M16 stahlhelm

Article about: This nice gift arrived at my doorstep the other day,and just a week before my birthday to! It came from my friend and member MAP. Map was kind enough to send me this beautiful WW1 German M16

    This nice gift arrived at my doorstep the other day,and just a week before my birthday to!
    It came from my friend and member MAP.

    Map was kind enough to send me this beautiful WW1 German M16 stahlhelm.
    It still has the original liner,paint and chinstrap rings.Maker marked ET64.
    All in all its a nice,"dirty", battle worn helmet,just how i like them!
    I hope you enjoy it as much as i do.

    You know how many months this sat, boxed up on my dining room table before I had time to mail it...and yes...the US post office still has this package as awaiting delivery LoL

    She's not perfect but a nice battle vet. Hope you enjoy it

    I'm glad you guys enjoy it as much as i do!
    MAP its the second time i see a postal tracking,fail so big lol
    I guess some postal employee didn't do his job or something,nevertheless i got the helmet safe and sound!
