    I ran across this item and contacted the seller. He stated he "bought it from a collectors estate." I thought it was nice looking so I made him an offer. It arrived today. I do know the ribbon on the Ek2 had been replaced before mounting it in the display. Their is no way to know if this EK2 is his or not. The death card makes this unique.. I think.
