Default Number 6 or another WW1 German Camo Helmet

Well here is another WW1 German Camo Helmet I got this past weekend, this is number six. It was missing one original liner rivet or pin, but I had a spare, I am told it is dated 1916, however I will not pull the liner down enough to see that, as I am afraid of damaging the liner, and it still has the pads on it.

I am going to let one of my other, less nice Camo helmets go to make room in the case for it

A one looker! Very nice indeed. Very very similar to mine in how the paint has worn.

    Cheers, Ade.

Very iconic helmets, these patchwork quilt jobs! Nice pick up! They do, indeed, look great on the shelf! And getting harder to find every year!
