Hello and welcome to the forum!
Please check the ribbon ring for any stamps that would indicate the maker of this cross.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
It appears to have a CD 800 stamp on the ring.
Greg, is that possible?

I don't think so. Most CDs I have seen, the "W" is very wide and flat at the top center
where as this one is nearly pointed.
My first thought is this is one of the Wagner crosses. Could be "WS", "WuS" or "S-W"
All of them shared that pointy "W" core (along with other a few other makers)
I would really like to see a close up of the ring mark.

I can certainly understand how that looks like a CD 800 mark.
From what I can tell. CD crosses were made with two different cores.
Both cores used the same style "W" but had different crowns (neither of which
match the cross posted.
Here are the two styles.

Anyone try deconstructing the certificate? Unit, name, etc?
