It's from a German Veteran's Organization (Ehrenbund Deutscher Weltkriegsteilnehmer)...This is a tough one to find!

Keep an eye on bunker militaria. He usually has updates every Friday evening. He usually has mixed lot of WWI and WWII items. Lots of ribbons and medals from both era's. Best regards..
