    Default Shoulder strap question

I just picked up a shoulder strap and need some help in identifying the unit. It is a 1915 pattern Foot Artillery strap (yellow with red crossed flaming shells) , marked with "SM" over "70" in red. Any ideas? Thanks

Photo would be helpful as it's hard to identify & assess something we cannot see...I also assume that you're referring to a Shoulder-board and not a Shoulder-strap...
    cheers, Glenn

Yes a shoulder board - it will be a few days before I can get to take a photo.

I was able to get a photo (a poor one) of the board.
