translation help

hello, I got a grouping for Karl Worm of Infantrie-Regiment nr 87 and would like a translation of a few of the documents they are not long and would like the gist of what they say and are talking about

Hello, this is not imperial german,
its a disscharge/recovery paper from 1948.

The second document states that the man was awarded the Wound Badge in Black in 1918...The last document is a summary of his wartime service, indicating he was involved in the trench-fighting (Stellungskampfe) from 11.1916-2.1917....

The documents have a mixture of dates, including no.4 which is an Imperial certificate saying that he has been awarded the wound badge in black.
