As far as I am able to translate the Russian alphabet, it says the following:
A non-commissioned officer of the voluntary corps "Bryusov" in a light jacket (litewka). Note the short [a word which I can't decipher] on the collar.
I will ask my father, who understands Russian much better than I, what the missing word means and to confirm the name of the unit. To me it looks like "Bryusov" or "Brjusov", but I might be wrong since I don't speak Russian myself - I just happen to be a member of a Slavic nation.
thanks for answering
I've been searching the internet about the translation unit
voluntary corps Bryusov or Brjusov , but I find nothing.
no one else knows anything?

A non-commissioned officer of the voluntary corps "Brjussov" in a light jacket (litewka). Note the short braid on the collar.
The missing word is "галун", which is suppose to mean "braid" or "stripe".
I am sorry that I can't help you more with the name of the unit. Valery Bryusov (or Valerij Brjusov) was a renowned Russian poet who lived around that time (1873-1924). Perhaps it might refer to him.
It's certainly Freikorps Brüssow. They wore Death's Head collar insignia.
(Transliteration from German/Latin Alphabet into Russian/Cyrillic Alphabet and back again will inevitably result in some distortions.)
I had eaten curiosity
thank you very much.
