Unknown Plaque - Please Help

I got this today in a lot of militaria I received. It's German and measures about 60 x 70mm. Can anyone please tell me what its about?

Allow me just two corrections/additions:

It's not "schenkenden", but "scheidenden" and the "Furs?" is "Fürst".

It's a farewell gift of the regiment's officer corps made to a fellow officer who was leaving the unit.
