I cant say, weather its Mattweiss or Mattgelb? Nonetheless, nearly overall mint quality, beside the rust on the left side.

Looks fairly good, and genuine. I did compare it to the others, available on the internet, and here, on the forum.

It is a silver example but surely not mint as the finish is missing from most of the helmet on the obverse.
A nice worn example non the less.

Hi,

please notice, that the army wound badges 1918 were offcial named not VWA in Silber or Gold - like WW2 models - but mattweiss & mattgelb (mat white & mat yellow). Look at this Besitzzeugnis, there are all three types named.
