    The sticky issue of value and price..... I would say they represented good value as both were examples I needed for my collection.

    Both caps have that 1880s look. Certainly pre-1897.

    Ahh yes, Price and demand. I think we've all run that gauntlet before. But they are very nice caps. certainly a superb addition to any collection.
