This Week's Other Si M16 Arrival - Si 66 - M16 w/ M17 Liner - Complete
Steve asked for me to post this one, so here it is, the bookend for the earlier post, a complete Si 66 M16 with M17 liner. It has all three white leather pads with the pillows, and the chin strap. A surprising ebay find. Unfortunately, the seller broke the chinstrap when he removed the helmet from the styrofoam head to pack it for shipment, but I should be able to repair it. Not as nice as the other one, but still in fairly good shape, and as Steve pointed out, it completes the set for Si M 16's. The last 3 shot are outside in natural light and show the true color of the piece. Steve, this one is for you,. Cheers, Jim G.
