    And again with the "Oh, I don't know anything about it.. I-I hope the description is correct, I used some reference books..." line. So do some more research. Of course, this sewer rat isn't actually ignorant. He just needs a way to come off as innocent should someone call him out on his crap or come back demanding a refund.

    I don't like it. To me, the hardware does not look like what I
    would expect on an original. --- There are a lot of really good
    fakes of this style cross. To be perfectly honest I don't know
    if it's good or bad. I do know that I personally would not have
    it in my collection.

    Thanks for the reply. I'll have to be careful before I throw money at any EK1s. Seems to be a real market for fakes. I think I've got a decent grasp on Ek2's after perusing through the awesome thread on EKs that you've started here. I'll be uploading 4 1914 ek2's there within a month! crosses are being shipped from Munich as I type this : )
