    Here is a really neat shot. The guy on the left is getting ready to nail someone, and the guy on the right (who has his own rifle) is spotting for him with binoculars. They are Germans. There is German on the back. Look how deep the trenches are! And the work that went into making them.

    Interesting picture, it makes me regret selling my WWI German sniper scope a number of years ago on eBay...

    It's a definate posed photo probably in area where nothing is happening or where the trenches have just been dug as the trench looks nice and clean and in good condition , it's never seen a barrage of stokes mortars !!!

    The Germans have always been notoriously good trench constructors
