WW1 Ottoman awards and insignia

Gday all,
I was wondering if anyone possibly help me identify these Turkish WW1 awards and insignia



The Stars are "Ottoman War Medals" (these were posted a couple of weeks back) but I am struggling with the others.
The "pip" I think is WW2 Italian.

They are part of a WW2 "North Africa/Middle East' badge belt and others put together by Bombardier Eric Ferguson 2/8th Field Regiment 2rd A.I.F. during his deployment to the region.
