Maybe a little rarer - these were phased out in 1915 I think. Some were converted by grinding down the ears and by having a flashguard fitted.
The one you show has the first pattern leather and metal scabbard - the later ones were all metal construction.
The bayonet looks to be in quite good condition.
Be aware that the leather can shrink if not stored/maintained properly. Sometimes the shrinkage prevents the bayonet being fully inserted into the scabbard.
You would also need to check the stitching at the back and the small metal staples which attach the top and bottom scabbard mounts.
