Looks like a 'KO' marked cross. I've never seen one
'800' marked on the frame.........!

Steve I take the 800 is silver correct?? Just an FYI the vet who brought it to the US was a member of the LOST BATTALION durring WWI and is a very neat grouping. He was a was also a WWII vet and retired in 1948 as a colonel

Yes, 800 is a silver content marking.........

Nice original cross and as mentioned, it is unusual to see the
silver stamp on the frame instead of on the ring.
