    You know that the Zeppelin company is still in business I think it is still in Friedrichshafen in Germany I bet you could contact them and find out all sorts of things about this ship.I believe there is a museum there as well

    Hey Steve,
    I am going to re-attach the losen parts , but I am planing to put the frame as it is into another new frame behind glass.
    Hard to realise it is almost hunderd years old.

    Apparently there seems to be a museum in Ghent as well concerning thise incident.

    I've attached some photos of LZ37. You have some really interesting relics there!! I have a very good book on airships and will try to find more info for you - it would be great to discover from which part of the Zeppelin the relics originated...

    I found this painting of LZ37 going down in flames and the crew of LZ38 on a night raid in my book : "The Giant Airships" by Douglas Botting.
