    It is Russian Imperial badge of the Officer Artillery School (for soldiers).

    O.P. here. Can you give me any more details? Can you tell which Artillery school? What kind of a value would this have? Thanks very much!

    The School was established in 1882. It was located in Tsarskoe Selo near St. Petersburg. They learned commanders of artillery batteries, 35 (then 60 officers) in every academic year. Academic year continued 7 months and 9 days! They create 1st anti-aircraft artillery battery in Russian army in 1915. No idea about value of the badge. Sorry.
