Hi, although im fairly new in the field of imperial russian army and eventually the Civil War I cannot say whether its authentic or not. Is this what you are querying? Its a cap badge for NCOs in the Imperial Russian Army.

There were no officially adopted "NCO" model of capbadges in the Russian army. This is just one kind of EM capbadges, so it could be worn by soldiers and NCOs - no difference.
