St George Cross numbers

Does anyone have documentation to show the range of numbers relevant to time period for the Saint George Cross in its various classes?

I recently saw a 5-digit numbered 4th class St George Cross attributed to the Napoleonic period. I am doubtful that is correct.

The site quotes ranges of up to 12871 by the beginning of the 1812 "Всего же к началу 1812 г. был выдан 12 871 знак с соответствующими номерами от единицы до 12 871."
