    I think it is a ground dug ShuCo and has little collector value.

    Ryuuk is correct, this one is attributed to the firm of Berg & Nolte.

    As Ralph states, this one could be ground dug or stored in a very damp environment.
    Also, the hardware set up could have been repaired at some point.
    So-called B&NL solid examples are known for sloppy hardware attachments but the solder looks different to me on this one.
