Going by the hinge, I would say it's an original Steinhauer & Luck. Here's my Panzerkampfabzeichen with the same hardware......

I agree as well, looks to be a good S&L attributed example. I am not sure if the hinge is the oval type that Adrian posted or the longer crimped in type the S&L used as well.
