is it bronze or gold wash ??

Hi Tony,

It will be bronze. These badges were only awarded in silver or bronze. The bronze was awarded to motorized troops.

It looks ok at first glance but there are those more knowledgeable than I who can tell you more and I don't have my example to hand for comparison.
The makers mark is for Friedrich Linden from Ludenscheid.

Hi Tony

As stated, a good FLL bronze grade with a block hinge and a "?" style catch directly soldered to the reverse.

Finish is correct for these examples and original to this badge.
