I agree with Ralph...this one is a S.H.u.Co. (5) vein ISA in bronze grade.
Note the sheet metal hinge with formed base, oblong shaped catch plate and the sloppy solder securing the set up to the badge.
This variant is also known for it's rough, uneven reverse.
It has a little zinc pest on the left side of the wreath. A light coating of Vaseline should stop anything going on in that area.
The price is very good IMO and I would purchase it.
Here is one I have to compare.
