My unlearned guess would be a SchuCo of some variant

I am still learning with these awards. Agree that it looks like a ShuCo type. Potentially a 1.05. With my tired old eyes...a few questions..
1) Is it make of stamped steel?
2) Is there a round rectangular catch plate for the catch?
3) What is the weight? 20 grams?
If so this I've read is very uncommon.
Potentially attributed to Sohni, Heubach and Co. but not proven.

Posted in the data base.
ShuCo, Sohni, Heubach & Co, Hollow Steel, 5 Vein with Sheet Metal Hinge and Round Wire C Catch and Catch Plate
Could be zinc, but has the same attributes.

Yes,
It is magnetic...
Hello
I agree with the others; this one is a magnetic S.H.u.Co. Design ISA.
I'm of the opinion this one is the (4) vein variation...not the (5).
Best Regards, fischer
