Hello, this doesn't look like any Linden badge that I know.
Is there any reason that I am missing in your assumption that it is a FLL badge?
    Is it bronze?
    All the best
    Doug

because of its hardware and the fact that there is no gap between the 98k bayonet and the swastika

I know Linden used two types of hinge on their Luftwaffe badges, did they do the same with their Infanterie Sturmabzeichen?
    Best Regards,
    Adrian.

    Hello Adrian,

Linden used 3 or 4 hinge variant on their IABs.

Hello Ger, thanks for your input and Janos I agree that there seem to be many FLL attributed IABs with lots of different rear set ups.
So just before I file this badge in the correct place, if the swastika is attached to the rifle the assumption is it is an unmarked FLL badge? no matter what the rear set up has on it and no matter what style of eagle?
Just trying to get a grasp of this badge. The eagle has a peculiar eye relief compared to marked FLL badges so is this just a die variation used on later dies?
    Many thanks
    Doug
