Infanteriesturmabzeichen in Silber - Real?

I purchased this as my first unmarked ISA at a german antiquary, so I want to hear your opinions.

The detail is a bit smooth, so I am not sure.
All opinions are kindly welcome.

Sorry, for me it's a fake. Hinge plate is not one I'm familiar with & reverse details are poor. Eagle is a bit "iffy" too. Stewy

The oakleafs have a smooth crisp on them on the front side, and the eagle looks sharp. But the swaz looks smooth and the eagle only has 5 instead of 6 toes!

Any other opinions?

Eagles beak looks more like a parrot & the oak leaf between the strap a rifle is, well non-existent really. Perhaps you can return it & get a refund? Stewy
