I think this is a good one although I have never seen one myself. According to Weber it is an unknown maker. A late war made item. Yours appears to be in unissued condition.
Everything I can compare it to in his book matches up. With the exception of two points. (could just be the photos as the one in his book is not as clean as yours).
First, the crimp on your hinge is ever so slightly different as the one in his book has some faint "scallop" lines from the crimping process.
Second are the talons. In his book they are no where nearly as well defined as yours.
I am far from an expert so just pointing these out for other to comment. Otherwise everything else matches up perfectly from what I can see.

Looks good to me too.

Thank you very much for your opinion, I tried to search for several IAB on the net and as I did not find the same I was in doubt. Thank you!
I would also come down on the side of this badge being good. I don't have the book to try and look it up and would defer to a dedicated badge collector (of which i am not), but my reaction to the photos is that is looks good even if in pristine condition.

Thank you for your opinion, it is welcome.
For my own education Ralph, is this now attributed to Duemer (i.e. it was at one time "unknown maker") or is it a different award than the "unknown" maker is Weber's book
Just want to make some notes for future reference. With those ever so slightly differences I noted (photos in Weber's book are not great), yours, the OP's and Weber's are identical
