I've had this mystery of a pennant for about a year now and I have done hours of research with slim results. I was wondering if anyone has any info on the camp would be great.
Thanks,
Matt

As far as I know of, this camp is still in existence and is located in San Miguel County,2 miles outside of Las Vegas. It is an Army National Guard Armory Camp built in 1920 as a National Guard Training Camp. It is also currently used today by the public health agencies.
"Camp Luna is named in honor of Captain Maximiliano Luna, Who was one of N. M.'s foremost soldiers in the Spanish American War. Capt. Luna was killed in active service in the Philippines."

"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
Thanks for the help!
