The lion's head sign is the Brigade Piron insigna. Don't know what the letters stand for , it can be anything; city's , associations...
The second picture is a commemorative plaque of the death of King Albert I. Who fell (pushed!?) from a rock at Marche -les-dames, training camp of the para-commando's these days.
cheers

Once again I thank you. These items were only bid on by me. I just had to give them a home.

They listed it as belgian secret army.
They could be right. Brigade Piron was formed in Britain, and helped to free Belgium.
The secret army used the same insigna.
