Canadian Artillery Pin Identification please

Article about: Quite large 3 1/4 inches wide and 4 1/8 inches tall. I've seen other artillery badges/pins but can't ID this one. Help is appreciated. Thank you! Annoyed from this ads?

Yes it has a Guelphic Crown, which is earlier. I think we changed that plates Crown in the 1870s-80s to the regular Victorian Crown
There are many variations in Canadian Helmet Plates.

Walk Wolf, message me your email and I will send a photo of the Sean Bean signed Photo

Just found another just like mine, or very similar here: Early RCA Helmet Plate - British & Commonwealth Military Badge Forum

I as just reading another thread about Crowns..seems to be a lot of crontraversy about the Guelphic Crown on Canadian Badges..Clive says they were used from 1905 to a bit later, others say it was sometimes used earlier

That's what happens when you find less known "anything" Canadian.

    Still a very nice piece
