The swastika is an ancient symbol used by numerous cultures across the world... Native American, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, etc. etc.... The U.S. 45th Infantry Division also used the symbol before WWII.
Your patches are interesting... the backing is similar to the "snow backing" which is commonly seen on U.S. WWII shoulder sleeve insignia. However, the 45th used a red triangle with golden swastika... not a golden border with black swastika.
Still, I'd assume that your patches are Nazi sympathizer items or somehow Native American/ Indian/ Asian related.
I like the angle they've been photographed at, implying something menacing and sinister.......From Germany.
