I am a US navy collector and have no idea what these are?
The wings are a copy of the army flying badge aka glider pilots wings.
The cloth badge is a British Army Air Corps badge, worn on the left breast.

What does the badge with the lion say? I might know it because that lion looks Dutch to me.
The small red eagle is a tourist badge from Austria: it is the Tyrolean eagle. I bought a couple like it many years ago when I visited the region.

The badge pictured is for the British War Relief Society. Common as muck.
