My latest pick-up today, a banner of the: 'FEDERATION NATIONALE DES COMBATTANTS REPUBLICAINS' (FNCR for short). The banner is made from very heavy quality material with letters and insignia machine-embroidered. The pole is a tad over six feet, and the flag is 2'6"X3'.
