    It's a British Naval Officers cap badge. Might be early 20th century looking at the quality bullion wire used.

    Greetings & Salutations! It has the King's Crown, so it does not date to Queen Victoria, probably to King Edward VII or a King George V, before King George VI. Sarge Booker of Tujunga
