It is a us uniform button but they have been using that pattern for a long time

Hi, Randy - Welcome to the Forum.
I think it is a fashion 'replica' or look-alike button. The reverse eye is nothing
like I've seen on US military buttons, and also on the front there is a
crown at the top - where there should be thirteen stars
representing the original thirteen colonies.........

There are NO US military buttons that utilize a crown in its design.
As previously stated, it is some type of civilian fashion button.
