The new pair now thought by me to be for the 1st Brecknockshire Volunteer Battalion of the South Wales Borderers. The minutia of the variations of these is not as well documented as it might be and there is dispute as one other thinks they are 1st Mons whilst another thinks 2nd Mons VB SWB and the seller thought Glamorgan Imperial Yeomanry.
