These are 'Distinctive Insignia' = DI's.............!
'Arms Secure Peace' - 143rd Infantry Regiment of the 36th Infantry Division.
The rifle and powder horn insignia, as far as I can tell, is for the 399th
Regiment, Organised Reserves, 1930. ( Motto - 'I Am Ready' )
