    Hello!

Ive found these pieces of insignia at a fleamarket along with two flightcompasses that i will post in the aviation forum.
Can anyone tell me what it is?
I think that the left piece is Warrant officer junior grade from ww2, but what does that mean?

    Thankfull for any help!

    Thank you HPL2008!
That was a good link with lots of info!
It helped me solve nr 1 of the 3, do you perhaps know what nr 3 is?
I looks like the flight officers insignia but turned around 90 degrees!

I was afraid you were going to ask that. Sorry; I can't ID it.

No its strange. I've looked around alot and can't find anything that matches the one with blue markings.

I got this one for Nr 2!!!!! It is an US Army Air force enlisted mans lapel insignia used post WW2 for a very short period of time.

I posted one earlier when I got back from Kessler AFB and they had a uniform on display of a USAAF MSgt. Let me look and I'll give you the link that members here were so kind to give me the answer to my question about this lapel device

I think it's for CWO5 - Chief Warrant Officer, or maybe
Chief Flight Officer, but I've never seen 'horizontal'
ones in blue, only the red/orange type.

    Edit: Thanks Phil.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.

I had a heck of a time finding this!!!!! My Devil Dog Brother Rossi posted it for me because I didn't have PC and just a tablet i didn't know how to use while I there and he posted it for me. This should give you the answer you are looking for as far as Nr2 and probably more than you want to see
