Medic Armband, Real?

I finally have a chance to ask if something is real! I'm looking at this armband at a dealers, but I've never dealt with him so I don't know if it's real or not. Any information would be helpful, thanks!

WWII or Korean War example IMO.

Thanks. He has it listed as WW2 and was recommended to me by another dealer who didn't have one. The dealer is topkickmilitaria. I don't know if anyone has ever dealt with them before or not.
