NAAFi & RAF Insignia - PLEASE HELP!

Hi. I was wondering if anybody would help me in giving these NAAFI and RAF insignia some rough dates. It is for my university dissertation so would be of great help.

To give them abit of context, they come from a military waste dumping ground, where i collected lots of ceramic and glass finds.

There are two NAAFI insignia, one maroon and one blue.
And then when it comes to the RAF, I have uploaded two pictures of the same sherd which I believe so signs of an RAF insignia. Confirming this would be particularly important as have lots of sherds with the blue and gold edging. Also have another item with a clearer RAF insignia but dont have that with me at the moment, but shall upload later.

As I said, this is for my final year university dissertation so any help would be much appreciated.

We have a few bits like that knocking about here, so I would guess WW2 and post war? Sorry can't be more specific as I think the same pattern was used in the war and after the war until broken or replaced, nicked, etc. Don't know about the RAF bit, not a lot to go on?
NAAFI have just relaunched (Nov 09) their brand and have reproduced the cups etc in porcelain. Can get you an image if you can use it?

Hope I'm not too late for your Dissertation..... (archaeology?)

I'd be tempted to think they are earlier than ww2- that RAF looks hand painted and it's on earthenware, and the NAFFI marks are pretty elaborate (typology gets simpler with time).

- all the bits we've found locally have had just 'maker''year' and 'AM' or '/l\' and all were porcelain (RAF/USAF dumps 1939-45).

what's the date ranges for the other items in the dump, and who was doing the dumping?
