Need help ID'ing patches

UV is only good at indicating “modern” fabric, it would also give a false positive to an item washed in phosphorus “modern” detergent.

Construction is typically the key to identifying period patches.

Apparently there is now a spray that removes the phosphorus ( or whatever it is) in modern natural fabrics that makes the UV test useless.

I remember reading something about how nowadays the UV test isn't 100%, but since the lot of patches have been in a box for probably multiple decades, I figure it wouldn't really hurt to try.

I'll probably post them sometime in the future if further research/UV test doesn't give me a decent answer.

If I had to guess I'd say that patch on the left is some sort of free french or town patch maybe. Has a good look to it though
