Pair of 1st Marine Division Patches

I am interested in purchasing a good 1st US Marine patch. There are a pair on e-bay from the same seller, but don't know him or if his stuff is any good.
It looks like he was messing with the lighting on the photos, but I will post all.
Any help/advice would be appreciated as the auction ends this weekend.

Same seller. Different patch with a starting bid $10 lower and this one ends next weekend. Not sure why there is a premium on the first as I am not picking up on any variances. This one is stained, though.

I too, am leaning toward the 2nd one despite the "stain".
A reputable seller has an Austrailian theatre made patch for $95 (USD). Seems a little steep to me. Any thoughts?

This one would really be outside my experience, but theatre made items of insignia always seems to command premium prices.

Maybe Rene could advise being from Oz?

Thanks again Ade. I ended up buying both the e-bay one on the desert camo background and the Aussie theatre made patch from the dealer. I'm moving on now!
