Paratrooper Jump Wings. WW2?

I'm trying to get a second opinion on these jump wings before I sell them.

They have a great patina... unfortunately, the pin section on the back was broken when I received it.

The question is, are they WW2 vintage? If not, are they actual jump wings from a different era, different country, or are they repro? Finally, how much are they worth?
