possible pre-war patches?

someone called me up today trying to sell this group to me. we havent established any prices yet because i dont know much about u.s. patches, but the pictures in the album are dated 1936 and 1937, so i would imagine that the patches may be from the same era. i just want to know if any of you spot anything of interest. id like to know if there are any rarities or reproductions also. i can request pics of the backs of the patches as well. he claimed that he has a lot more, so im going to meet him friday. what do you think?

All these WWII patches are good, and are very common.
The signed flag is very interesting.

Odd that the album is naval, yet the patches are USAAF.
Maybe he's got even better stuff.........................!

what kind of a flag is that? it almost looks polish. almost everyone in the town where i live is of polish descent so it wouldnt surprise me.

That is possible, but it could also tie in with the navy stuff.
It will depend on what it is made from - rayon, cotton, silk ?

Worth it to go and have a look.......
