    Default Scots Guards Badge

This badge was find recently in the UK. It is 27mmx26mm and is heavily guilded. I know that the Royal Scots used this badge also for ranks above CSM and was wondering if there is anyway to distinguish them, and does anyone have any strong feelings on whether collar or sweetheart, Scots Guards or Royal Scots.

    Thanks for any help
